    2. Aluminum Hot Rolling Mill
      Aluminum hot rolling mill is just an automatic high-efficient equipment for aluminum hot rolling. With the common features of light weight, high strength, and great durability, rolled aluminum is one of the most commonly-used materials in packaging, transport, and building.
    2. Aluminum Continuous Casting Rolling Mill
      Casting equipment comes in varied size, the max width of which is 2300mm, and the min width is 800mm. Its roll force is up to 2000 tons. Finished aluminum coils processed by the caster ranges in width from 650mm to 1950mm and in thickness from 6mm to 10mm.
    2. Aluminum Cold Rolling Mill
      For materials fed in this equipment, the width should be no more than 1950mm and the thickness ranges from 6mm to 10mm. The max allowable coil weight is up to 25 tons. Our cold mill operates at a max speed of 1000m/min. AGC/AFC system is available for option.
    2. Aluminum Foil Rolling Mill
      For finishing rolling mill, the finished double-layer foil ranges in thickness from 0.005mm to 0.007mm; and single-layer foil is available from 0.01mm to 0.014mm. Thickness of foils processed by roughing rolling mill is within 0.012mm-0.014mm. Besides, our finishing foil rolling mill operates at a highest speed of 1500m/min.

    2. Aluminum Rewinding Machine
      Aluminum rewinder in an aluminum production line is set to either produce the material ready for sale, or to prepare the coils for downstream cold rolling process. It enables an improved working efficiency. Our rewinder operates at a speed of 400m/min. Raw material used for rewinding ranges in thickness from 0.2mm to 2.0mm.
    2. High Speed Aluminum Slitter Rewinder
      High speed aluminum slitter is suitable for slitting 1000, 3000, 5000, and 8000 series alloy plates into narrow aluminum strips. The raw plates to be processed range in thickness from 0.15mm to 0.6mm, and should be no wider than 2030mm. This aluminum slitting machine runs at 400m/min. Width of the finished product is between 700mm and 1025mm.

    2. Aluminum Slitting Line
      Our aluminum slitting equipment is used in aluminum processing line for thin strip and large number of cuts as well as for medium-gauge strip. The number of cuts is 10, and thickness of the raw material ranges from 0.5mm to 3.0mm. The equipment operates at a max speed of 200mm/min.

    2. Aluminum Foil Slitting Machine
      Our high-speed aluminum foil slitting machine allows for a max cuts number of 60. It operates at a max speed of 1000m/min.

    2. Aluminum Cut-To-Length Line
      Aluminum cut-to-length line is used to uncoil the rolled aluminum coil, level it, and then cut it to the required length. Thickness of the material to be processed is from 4mm to 12mm; and cut length ranges from 2m to 12m. The highest speed of the cut-to-length machine reaches 20m/min.
    2. Aluminum Foil Doubler Machine
      An aluminum foil doubler machine is designed to uncoil aluminum foils whose thickness is between 0.012mm and 0.04mm, to spray oil and trim them, and then to double the foils, as a preparation for the last rolling pass. It processes aluminum with a wide range of thickness into large-diameter rolls, with high productivity and slitting accuracy.
    2. Aluminum Foil Separator Machine
      Vertical foil separator operates at an ultra-high speed of 1000m/min, and allows for 6 cuts at most. The largest diameter of the finished aluminum coil is up to 1000mm.
      Material thickness: 0.02-0.06mm (single layer), 0.005-0.03mm (double layer)

    2. Hydrophilic Aluminum Foil Coating Line
      Hydrophilic coating means creating a highly hydrophilic functionalized nanoscale surface on metal foil, which will then attract water and allow it to easily penetrate the aluminum surface. Hydrophilic foil is widely used for air conditioner, freezer, and radiating fin.
    2. Aluminum Coil Continuous Coating Line
      With double-coating double-drying head, it coats both sides of aluminum plates. Our coil coating machine is able to work continuously at a high speed of 100m/min.
