Presales Service
1. Our design team will make the technical file and design drawings according to clients' requirements
2. Clients check the drawings
3. The raw materials will be put into production after the drawings have been proved by customers
4. The qualified semi-finished products are assembled and stored in the warehouse. Quality inspection is done in this process to ensure products' quality
5. After commissioning, the finished products are packed and stored in the warehouse
6. Our engineers will assist users to install and set the equipment in motion after customers have received the product
7. After a trial production, the equipment will be put into use; and it will enjoy the warranty period since that
8. Users can contact us for any technical problems they have encountered during production

Technical Support
1. We will arrange for some experienced technicians to give users technical train, and to explain all of the technical problems within the scope of the contract
2. Our technicians will make it sure that the operators of our clients have fully understood everything about the machine's operation, inspection, and maintenance
3. Clients are required to choose some skilled ones from their operators to learn from our engineers
4. Technical training service is offered free of charge

After-Sales Service
1. 6-12 months' warranty is provided since the acceptance
2. We will repair and replace the equipment for free if the machines are broken down caused of quality issue
3. For any man-made damages, we will repair and replace the equipment. But users should pay for that
4. During the service life of the equipment, we promise that accessories are always in supply to guarantee the equipment's normal operation
5. Normally, a request for maintenance service is responded within 8 hours; and we will come up a with solution for users' problem and offer technical assistance online within 12 hours
6. We will make arrangement within 36 hours after users ask for assistance at their production site
